The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, was renovated in 2018 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is popular also because of the sea view from the grounds and its sunny hillside location. The following are available for use: barbecue facilities and a terrace.

The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and leads directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dinette, TV, gas stove (2 burners), electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Living room as intersecting room and with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette and TV.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Rabac. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday apartments KVA RAC 264, 266 and 267 (each for 7 persons), KVA RAC 265 (12 persons) and KVA RAC 269 (5 persons) are located in the same house Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 5 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
