Location,location, location.
Dealing with Bob, the owner, was a pleasure. Not so much Vrbo. If I'm going to shell out a lot of money for someone or someplace that I've never seen before, I would appreciate it to be able to talk with a real person first.

We had a great week, our host Bob was wonderful!!! The cabin was perfect for 2 people, the lake was so nice too. Would definitely return!

The setting is very, very nice and the beach is fantastic. Just be aware that it's very small and you need to bring *everything* except plates, glasses and utensils. Bob is a great host!
