Welcome to Bear's Eye View. Come stay in our newly furnished completely renovated condo with fantastic mountain views. Bear's Eye View sleeps 6 & has 2 bedrooms (comfortable beds) 1.5 baths with a Queen size sofa sleeper. GREAT LOCATION!!! We are located just 1/2 mile from mid-town Ruidoso where you will find plenty of shopping & dining & Approx. 10 minutes from the turnoff to Ski Apache. During the summer months there is a heated outdoor pool, horseshoe pit & BBQ grill in the common area.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! The place was home away from home, but with beautiful Mountain Views. Great job with the renovation, money well spent. This home is well kept, awesome cleaning staff, super location. Excellent communication with owner on checking in to the property. We will definitely recommend to friends and family. Can’t wait to come back.

The property and location was good. Noisy neighbors were a problem each night w loud music going to 2/3 in the morning. Need security
