Located just 10 minutes from the beach and Las Olas, you'll be close enough to the action of the city while still having a peaceful place to retreat to after a long day of vacationing.

Nestled in a tree lined residential nook of the iconic Wilton Manors this home is located just far enough away from the city center to avoid the noise but close enough to take a quick car ride to the best parts of town.
Fort lauderdale beach, Las Olas, Wilton Drive, and so much more are all located within 10 minutes driving.
Fort Lauderdale International Airport is about 20-25 minutes away.
While there are some great places to walk to close by, we recommend either driving or using Uber/Lyft to get around.
Wifi can be easily accessed by scanning the barcode on the cable box located left of the living room tv.
BBQ Grills equipped with propane are available for guests to use. Please remember to clean grill after using and ensure propane tank is completely turned off.
Beach Towels are available for guest use.
A valid government photo identification of the guest that booked the reservation must be sent to the host prior to check in and must match the name and photo listed on the reservation. This is to comply with city requirements and access to the home will not be granted without it.
Host reserves the right to request a valid photo ID for all guests staying at any time before and during the reservation. Failure to comply will result in guests being asked to leave with no refund.
Booking guests must be present on site the entire stay. Reservations cannot be made on behalf of someone else. If the booking guest is not present the rest of the group will be asked to leave with no refund.
The booking guest must be 25 years or older.
Guests will be required to review and sign a short compliance form regarding local city rules (parking, occupancy limits, and quiet hours) prior to check-in.

The following house rules are city mandated vacation rental regulations and violation of any of the following will result in immediate cancellation of guest booking with NO REFUND. Please be sure to read through them thoroughly as they are all strictly enforced by city code compliance and monitored via outdoor security cameras. There will be no exceptions made for any violations of the following rules.
No more than 4 guests may sleep onsite and no more than two visitors allowed at a time (total 6 onsite at any given time). Additionally, no visitors allowed after 10 pm.
No more than two cars can be parked on site at any time and all cars must be parked in the driveway as grass and street parking are strictly prohibited.
No loud music or noise after 10pm.
Please be advised that the number of guests allowed is firmly enforced via security cameras outside the home. Any violation of this rule will result in guests being asked to leave immediately with no refund.
No smoking of any kind allowed inside at any time. Any evidence of smoking will result in an extra cleaning fee.
Any destroyed or heavily stained linens, towels, or bedding will result in an extra fee.
Please be sure to take all your belongings when checking out as we do charge a $40 service fee plus the cost of packing and shipping for any items left behind. Unfortunately it does happen quite often and our team spends about an hour per item to take to the post office and ship back to guests. We appreciate your understanding

This property was well maintained and clean. When we reported an issue, the host was very quick to respond, and maintenance was called for immediately. Having kayaks available for exploration was an added bonus, and fishing off the dock was fun. Amenities were great.

The main room common space and patio were the highlights! The beds are very comfortable. The showers are powerful and warm. The home was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped.Edwin (property helper) was very polite and professional, and we appreciated the tasks he took care of.During the cold spell, hvac would not heat the unit beyond 65 degrees at its maximum after hours of being on. We realize cold spell is unusual though.Property management responsiveness was inconsistent.

Wilton Manors is such a charming neighborhood, the area has some of the nicest landscaping, it is so lush and tropical. While being in the middle of everything the little three rivers island city area is quiet and friendly. Aided by the storm windows the house is so quiet, you hardly remember you are in a city when you look out and see the beautiful backyard. The house is exactly as pictured with comfortable couch and beds and plenty of towels. The kitchen is awesome providing everything you need to cook at home. We look forward to coming back!

The kitchen was not stocked well. There were only two beach towels provided and bath towels were small and not good quality. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were old and flat. The couch in the living room was old and missing cushioning in arm rest. There was a broken towel bar in the bathroom and one of the closets was missing a knob to close it. The kitchen itself was redone and had a nice island.
