First-floor unit (430 sq ft) with private entrance has views of nature & access to a peaceful backyard—steps from an awe-inspiring view of the Pacific Ocean.
This one-of-a-kind, tranquil getaway offers the best of the Bay Area at your fingertips! Walk to hiking trails, drive 5-min. to the beach, & 20-min. to San Francisco or SFO airport.
We look forward to your stay with us at Linda Vista del Mar (beautiful view of the sea)! We want to do everything we possibly can to ensure you have a great experience staying with us, so it's important that you understand the setup:
The private entrance guest suite is located downstairs in our 2-story home. My partner and I live upstairs and we both work from home. We are in our 40s-50s with 4 cats, no kids. See profile for more on us. We don't wear shoes in the house and don't party. And sorry folks, no parties allowed in the unit.
We have insulated the unit but this is shared living so you will hear some noise transfer. Your bedroom is below our kitchen and your living room is below our living room (and Charlene works in there--my office is on the other side of the house). The bedroom is on the street side. It has a double-paned window but you can hear cars (most through traffic during commute hours). Our bedroom is also on the street side but on second floor on other side of the house.
No pets allowed. No kids. We unfortunately cannot accommodate children because the unit and the backyard are not set up for them due to sharp edges, no childproof cabinets, unfenced hillside, ceramics, etc.

The property is great nice views of the bay, very cozy apartment, very modern and exceptional out of doors. The backyard looking down under the bay. The backyard is a succulent garden that is a living, evolving work of art. Well, worth a return trip.

Enjoyed our stay in beautiful Pacifica. We were blessed with excellent weather which allowed us to enjoy the magnificent sunset from the backyard
