Featuring 4 queen bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, combustion fireplace, indoor and outdoor dining options and several spots where you can grab a good book and just be for a while.

Bedroom 1 Queen with ensuite
Bedroom 2 Queen bed with overhead single bunk bed
Bedroom 3 Queen bed
Bedroom 4 Queen with ensuite
Situated, close to Broke village and several great cellar doors (and Margan Restaurant), there's exploring to be done when you stay at Marlu Station. After a day of vineyard hopping you can settle in and enjoy the day's collectables in the quiet afforded by this secluded property. Great for wedding goers too, as it's also close to some of the Hunter's popular venues.
The minimum booking rate is based on up to 6 guests.

Beautiful location, easy booking and check in/check out process. Lots of entertainment and facilities to keep everyone occupied. The home-made honey and bottle of wine were a beautiful touch. The house does need a deep clean as there were lots of cobwebs and dust. Bedrooms were especially dusty. BBQ was dirty and greasy on arrival. It could also use a fresh coat of paint.

Excellent location for an extended family get away. Space for everyone including the dog. Very clean and loved the fire pit out the back. Would definitely love to revisit. Just needed a couple of extra blanket options for the beds.

Property was ok, bathrooms badly need upgrade, non slip strips in bath/ shower required. Family member slipped and hurt knee and no exhaust ventilation.
Yard needs a good tidy and house needs pest spray. Ants and spiders everywhere.
Overall, property could use some maintenance.
Best feature was kitchen/dining area and downstairs lounge area.
Would I stay again?? Undecided.
