About this house rental
CATCH 'N' RELAX is a 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 9 guests with only a short walk to the Tavern.
Kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas cooktop, Delonghi Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods),
Open plan dining and lounge area with reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, TV, blue tooth soundbar, sliding door near dining that leads to the back deck, access to front deck via lounge area.
Main bedroom with ensuite, sliding door to front deck. All bedrooms with ceiling fans, bedroom with single bed has a TV.
Main bathroom with vanity, walk in shower, full size bath, and separate w/c. Laundry with sink, washing machine.
Front and rear deck with ramp, front deck with outdoor setting and bbq.
Plenty of room for parking and the boat, access to rear yard.
Shed not for use
Point Turton has an excellent boat ramp and jetty for those keen fisherman! There is also a general store where you can buy delicious pastries, take away foods, general grocery items, ice, bait and fuel. You can also enjoy a lovely meal at the Tavern On Turton.
Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - 1 bunk plus single, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - double.
Pillows and quilts will be provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
No smoking inside
NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

15% discount on off peak nightly tariff for bookings 4 nights or more
Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees will apply
Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$240 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$200 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$170 per night
Bond may increase during peak season

Loved it and we would go back again. Just a couple of small issues that need attention. The back veranda needs a polycarbonate roof, very cheap and simple to fit. Also, the BBQ plate and grill needs a thorough clean and scrub, ie, remove them, clean off the rust and burnt fat, then season them before replacing. Otherwise we had a great time, loved the peace and quiet, and only a 5 minute walk to the tavern.

Four fishing mates stayed at Catch N Relax for a great week in Point Turton.Only downside of the whole week was the wind which prevented some time on the water.The property was as described in the listing. Clean, tidy and with plenty of room for both cars and boats. Perfectly located with short drive to the boat ramp and easy walk to the jetty and tavern.We’ll definitely be back.

Me, my husband, sister and Mum & Dad stayed for 3 nights. We found it handy to both the jetty and Magazine bay which was used for snorkelling in between.Most of the family enjoyed a morning walk to the jetty to see what fishing action was happening and we nearly swam from the jetty each day. No worries about the tide and saw the resident sting rays each encounter.The large living area air conditioner was very welcome as temperatures were in the high 30s. With the bedroom fans we all slept comfortably. No problem with showering. Plenty of kitchenware. The Turton tavern was a 5 minute walk so Saturday night dinner didn't need the car. Only problem we had was with outdoor BBQ which ran slowly majority of our time using it the first evening.
