About this apartment rental

Beautiful, newly constructed, 800 sq ft apartment vacation rental and an additional 180 sq ft terrace. Modern, yet comfortable style, centrally located with 24 hour security. As you enter you will find a reading nook and a small flight of stairs that leads to the main level of the apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Internet (Wifi), a flat screen TV with DVD and Cable, washer & dryer and a terrace with the best view of the city... that has a lovely outdoor sitting area and grill. 20-minute walk to El Centro (the main downtown plaza), a 10-minute walk to major shopping areas.

The location fit our needs perfectly. My adult daughter and I were able to enjoy both day and evening skylines that were beautiful and ever changing. The Security guard was second to none and made us feel like we were family. Hats off to him. The other people living in the building were pleasent and very helpful. Highly recomend.

Nice and clean. Staff very helpful. The view is just as it appears. Simone was always helpful. Looking forward to coming back to Cuenca in 2025. Enjoyed being here for 2 months
