You found it! Beautiful corner condo with neutral colors as well as beachy décor touches on the 4th floor with spectacular water views from the wrap-around balcony. It is the perfect place to relax to enjoy the sunset.
This condo is three bedrooms and three bathrooms with amazing water views. Master bedroom with ensuite includes shower and Jacuzzi tub. The master suite has balcony access to savor those views. Two additional bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. View of the Bay from both rooms. This unit sleeps 8 people.
Fully stocked kitchen great for dining in when you are not enjoying the sandy beach. Beach chairs and toys included with this unit. Pack-n-play and baby swing provided perfect for young families.
*Santa Rosa Towers is a NON-smoking property. NO smoking in any common area, building, balconies, pool, parking lot and walkways. There is a designated smoking area with ash trays at the north east corner of the property. (Florida Clean Air Act F.S. 386)

Wonderful and clean property. Well stocked, amazing views from every direction. Easy check in. Even the pool was incredibly clean (which is rare for beach locations). Only thing I would change is to switch the washer and dryer or change the doors, so they are easier to load and unload). Would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again!

The condo had a beautiful view and we were greeted by one of the staff members at seaside who was very friendly. The night before checkout we received some cookies from the staff at seaside along with a nice departing note. My wife and I enjoyed it and would highly recommend doing business with seaside and this condo.

The condo was really nice. This condo has the best pots and pans and serving pieces from any condo we have ever been at. The view was great. The other people in the complex were super nice.
