About this apartment rental
This two-bedroom condominium, with 1200 square feet, can sleep up to eight people comfortably. This spectacular unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, breakfast bar, and dining area. The dining table will seat 8 as well as 3 chairs that pull up to the granite counter for dining, talking and getting together after a busy day on the slopes!
This condo provides a large private deck, gas fireplace, washer and dryer, televisions with DVD players, wireless internet and more. There are two master bedrooms, one with a king and one with queen bed , two full bathrooms, one with jacuzzi tub. There are two sleeper sofas for additional sleeping space. The second master bedroom of this split plan has a full bath and a kitchenette of its own, including a small sink, microwave , dishwasher and a small two burner stove. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT from fabulous Grand Timber Resort. This beautiful ski resort is positioned between peaks 8 and 9 where guests can access the mountain via the Snowflake lift that's easily within walking distance. It is just a short walk to Main Street restaurants and shopping in Breckenridge. A FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE is also available from the lodge into Breckenridge, Underground heated parking is available with indoor elevators to your unit. All sidewalks and steps in the resort are heated so no worrying about slipping on snow or ice.
GTL has a fully equipped ski and snowboard rental shop for your convenience. Storage lockers for your ski equipment are available on premises. Enjoy multiple indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs including kiddie pool and large social seating area near a gas fireplace. Locker rooms with showers and changing areas are available. The Refresh Massage center is available by appointment. Grand Timber has a new 700 sq. ft. fitness center with state-of-the-art fitness machines open early AM to late evening. A new Family Fun Center with 4 media rooms, for private movie viewing, is able to be reserved.
Also new game arcade is available. The BOOT restaurant is available on site . Enjoy a laid back ski lodge vibe with ambiance reflected in mountain memorabilia from the 70's,80's and 90's. A menu of American pub/comfort food is served Happy Hour daily!

My family enjoyed our Christmas week getaway to Breck. This unit is quite spacious with plenty of room for our whole family. Photos are spot on though each unit varies a bit. Check in was simple at the front desk. Ski in/ ski out is a bit of a stretch - have to cross country ski about a block to get to the snowflake lift and return to property requires about the same distance walk carrying your skis to ski locker. That said our walk seemed much shorter than the countless others we saw hiking to the free shuttles. The Grand Timber Lodge shuttle was also super convenient to take you into town with knowledgeable drivers. The property amenities were also great we enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs and the private movie theater which can be reserved with the concierge. Jeff the owner was also extremely helpful with local tips. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

The property is listed as ski in, ski out and I was very dissapointed with the fact that it is not a true ski in, ski out. Our best bet was the shuttle to beaver run. The shuttle took very long (over 30 minutes) to pick us up at the end of the day and they claim that it was due to peak season although it advertises that it goes by every 15 minutes. The Apartment was cozy, and well maintained. Parking is convenient and is centrally located. Would have given 5 stars had it been ski in, ski out.

The Condo was very conveniently located to the grand timber lodge shuttle. Ski-n-out is across the street. Plenty of linens.
