Newer 1 bedroom ground level with Stunning Lake Chelan View from patio and living space.We are conveniently located 5 miles from the town of Chelan on historic Minneapolis Beach Drive. This quiet dead-end location is featured on the electric bike tour. Enjoy five Southshore wineries within 1.5 miles. Bear Mountain Golf is 2 miles up the hill. Full kitchen that is well stocked, coffee starters, spices, and a dining table for three. Comfy modern living room with a flat-screen TV, pull-out queen sleeper couch, wi-fi, and an electric fireplace to set the mood. Chill on the lake view patio, furnished with Adirondack chairs, a patio set, and a BBQ. This daylight basement apartment is all yours. Private swimming access is available for guests only. Bring your floaty and or a kayak! Boat trailer parking on the property is 20/night.

Temperature control was poor because the thermostat was in the upstairs unit and not accessible. The living areas were too cold during the day. At night the temperature varied and we woke up hot in the middle of the night.Kitchen was good but it would have been nice to have a kettle and salad bowl.

We had a great time at the home. It was the perfect size for my partner and me, clean, cozy, and well stocked. Great location- close to everything but also quiet. I’d highly recommend!
