We were a group of 7, 3 couples and a single. 4 spacious master suites with en-suite bathrooms. Was great for everyone to have their own room and huge bathroom. New oven and gas stove was great! We used the grill multiple times, very good. Table seated all of us.There was no ice maker even though the listing said there was one. Bring your own ice.The house is dated and showing wear. Stained carpet, cracked glass in front door, paint scraped and wearing inside the house. Not new and the styling is 1980-1990’s. Everything works. Has a drip coffee maker, we would have preferred a Keurig. The washer and dryer worked fine. The exterior of the house is worn and not well maintained. Gutters full and growing plants. Back deck has some rotten wood and needs attention. Landscaping is not well maintained and needs care.The hot tub had a scum line around it, so we decided not to use it.The neighborhood is convenient to shopping and grocery stores. It’s on the river, and adjacent to an industrial area. Several of the houses next door are being renovated and there was construction noise during the day.

The house was nice and pretty clean, but please note that 2 of the bedrooms/baths were not attached and had separate entrances so would not be good for young children. The outside is in need of some TLC. It could be a beautiful property with some upkeep. Love the view of the river and the location.

We really liked this property and it was nice to enjoy family time (we are 3 siblings with spouses, all senior citizens). The view was wonderful from the back deck and we enjoyed sitting there to talk (when it wasn’t raining). We had a few hiccups but the property manager was very responsive and helpful.
