Wonderful family gathering point. Lots of space and so glad we could bring our dog along. Plenty of conveniences provided in the home. Several local food delivery options-Retro Donuts was a great treat!

It was just my wife and I, so we were swimming in this house (pun intended). It sleeps 4 couples with all the kids too. The only item the listing page doesn't really talk about is all the stairs.There are stairs connected to every room. My first impression arriving at the house was the two really tall concrete steps with no handrail.Keep in mind this is from my perspective, someone with mobility issues. If you are in good shape, you might not even pay attention.The host sent a message that the pool was set at 85. I think they meant the pool room. It took 10-15 minutes to work your way into the 65-70 water, especially in a warm room.The other thing that got notice was the massive headboard cabinet behind the king bed. There was a lot of space between the bed and the large piece. There was no power for your phones or night stands. We actually gathered all the throw-pillows from the couches to stuff the void. If you didn't, your sleeping pillows would fall off the bed. It was a beautiful piece of furniture, just not meant to go with the current bed.Our dogs enjoyed the fenced backyard, and that was our main concern, plus a king bed. The king bed was wonderful, and we both slept great.My rating was probably lower than it should be. I like having everything on my list checked off. It worries me to drive 6 1/2 hours hoping i will be able to enter the house I prepaid for. We were two hours from home when I got the code for the front door.

This was a nice place to start our vacation, the house was large, everyone was able to spread out and do their own thing, the pool was great, the grandkids were in it most of the time. The few dislikes were a few of the slider doors need some work, they are so hard to open and close my grandkids could not do it, and a lot of stairs. The back yard was nice and for the most part private, fully fenced made it nice for our dog. We did enjoy our stay here and would rent this property again.

The communication with the owner was great. There is a lot of space in each level of the home. The pool was amazing and big, like a hotel size, along with everything that went with the pool.They are still doing some upgrades, but other than that, very nice place and would stay there again. In fact, this was my sister's second time there. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a few families with teen kids all staying here during an event in Spokane. House is about 15 minutes from downtown area. Quite neighborhood. Stores nearby. The layout of the house felt huge. Obviously, kids loved the pool. Host were quick to answer all questions. We had a great stay!

The location and design is great, but not w/o dissapointments. The pool never warmed up for adults to enjoy it. There was mold on the shower ceiling and cobwebs throughout the home which showed it's need for deep cleaning. Lights by the BBQ didn't work nor the light above the stove. No dish cloths, wooden spoons, and veg peeler...

We were in town to celebrate my daughters wedding. My sister and her kids stayed with our family of teens and under 10's. We were looking for a place to host a family get together with other cousins who had come to town for the wedding. The pool was amazing! It kept the kids busy while the moms had a chance to chat. The house we great! It had separate areas so we could hang together or have some personal space and quiet as needed. We had so much fun and it was nice to have an indoor space to play during the sketchy March weather. I would definitely recommend!

This home is clean with a well stocked kitchen and every room. The indoor swimming pool is nice with safe stairs to get in and out. The owners responded immediately when we had a little problem with the pool cover. Everyone loved the pool and spent many hours having a blast!

Fantastic 3 day stay. Myself, husband, 2 daughters, 2 son in laws and 4 grandchildren ranging from 1 to 7. 10 people total. The pool was a big hit, lots of pool toys, towels and lifejackets. The house was well stocked, clean and easy entry. Communication was very prompt and friendly. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. Also extra heaters for the downstairs were provided as it was a bit chilly for the little ones. Owners were very gracious with a few requests we had. We would definitely stay again!

This was our third visit, and it was just as amazing as the first two times. You feel completely at home, the pool is warm and amazing, the entire house is so family friendly. The hosts are very accommodating, quick to respond, and kind. We will absolutely be back again! Thank you another amazing stay!

The house is truly a home away from home. It's cozy, has all the things in the kitchen you may need (including condiments!) and plenty of room to stretch out. Of course the pool was the reason we choose this house, and it was the best! There's plenty of life jackets for the smaller kids, not too many toys to play with, but we left 4 goggles a ball and a frisbee. There's plenty of towels available too! There was a minor issue with some breakers and the owner was there in a flash to get things corrected. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was amazing. The pool was great, all the kids loved it. The neighborhood was safe, and the neighbor didn’t seem to mind us being there. There were plenty of towels for the 12 of us. We were able to find all of the kitchen. The house was clean and we were able to find everything that we needed. I would suggest maybe a little bit more guidance on a couple of the televisions to get them going, but that is my only complaint!

We were visiting for my nieces graduation from Whitworth university. House is very spacious, homey and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you would need! I had more adults than children but we made the beds work. it’s a good thing the bunks have full size! The pool was a heaven-send! The children-teens were entertained throughout the trip. Definitely surprised by all the recreational items and life jackets that were available. Huge yard space which was furnished with outdoor chairs. Was able to accommodate the family. Especially after the graduation, we held a late lunch/early dinner for the family to celebrate together. We also did a barbecue with the family Friday night since everyone had arrived in Spokane by that day. There was a lot of parking area for the cars. We had a minimum of 4 cars (guests that stayed at the house) and then when other would come and visit. We did try to take into consideration the neighbors with parking and did not receive any complaints. I really hope that was case! Host responded quickly to a lot of questions. This is actually the first rental I have had that DID NOT require me to do anything when checking out. I was surprised and happy to be told to “don’t worry about it and just enjoy our trip”. He was very accommodating which I really do appreciate. The only downside, which was very minimal was I expected 5 bedrooms. Upon arrival, I found it was 4 bedrooms and a den. We still loved it and would rent again if visiting the area!

There were 10 of us that came from out of state to attend graduation ceremony at Gonzaga Law. We all had enough space and the pool was great! Although the house is a bit dated, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood is also very quiet. I would recommend this house to any large group!

Needed a place to stay that would accomodate our family. We all came in to surprise our daughter/sister from different areas of Washington and Oregon. It was her 25th birthday. What a grand place to stay. Was comfortable, plenty of room, and the pool was a HUGE hit with the kids and adults. Thank you so much. Will definately be back

We stayed here with our kids and their little cousins. Having an indoor pool was so, so fun! The layout of all the rooms was perfect; everyone had plenty of space and quiet so we could all sleep well, and some of us could stay up late watching movies without disturbing anyone else. We loved the home overall and would happily come back! Our only issue was no communication about the property, like how to operate the pool cover, or what we should do for check out. We just kind of guessed, based on other places we’ve stayed, what would be most helpful for the property manager/cleaners. Aside from that, it was such a good experience!

I chose this property because of the indoor pool and the number of bedrooms. Was looking for a place where my grandkids could have a blast, during the cold months in the Northwest. What a treat! The kids loved every minute of it! The location was easy to find and in a safe neighborhood that was close almost everything you needed. Host was very accessible and responded quickly to any question. Would definetly stay again.

Great Location for us, house has plenty of everything (even a crockpot!) clean with so many places to sleep!!! The pool IS AMAZING!!! we had 2 young ones and had no worries of them getting into pool area-there are good locks on doors to pool. The back yard was simple and inviting. I think the squirrels are stocked on peanuts! We will stay again when family comes to WA. We left home neat, stripped beds, washed/dry towels and started dishwasher….there is no check-out list. We were lucky and met the owner, very kind and personable. It was a great place for all ages!!!

The property was perfect for wedding rehearsal dinner . The pool was a big hit with all ages and we were a bit worried that we forgot the kids life vests until we arrived and we’re pleased to see the various sizes that were supplied. The gathering room accommodated everyone for the mariners game. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Definitely worth the money.

Our stay at the VRBO in Spokane more than exceeded my expectations. Staying for a week we packed a variety of supplies in case we needed them but the VRBO was outfitted with everything from A to Z, it was incredible. The Grill was great and the pool was amazing. I can't thank the Mngmt enough for what an amazing job they did in outfitting the rental to make our stay amazingly comfortable and without worry. Many thanks and looking forward to future visits.
