Bring the whole family to this Gorgeous Lake home in this wonderful waterfront community that’s very convenient and located less than 5 miles from I-20.
*Lake Access with its own private Boat Launch and a large partially covered pier with a picnic table and plenty of room to fish or just layout and enjoy the warm sun. You'll have access to one of the most peaceful and BEAUTIFUL spots on the Coosa River.
*Large Outdoor patio with a nice gas grill with a propane tank provided. There is also a nice outdoor table and 6 chairs and umbrella plus an extra seating on area with a wrought iron 2 seater couch and 2 other matching wrought iron chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or use to layout and get some sun with a great view of the lake!
* Spacious and very nice GAMEROOM with Ping Pong table, Darts, a nice 2 player NFL Blitz arcade game, Shuffleboard, Air Hockey, Cornhole and a 3 in 1 kids table with foosball, air hockey and a mini pool table. There is a mini fridge and lots of seating available in the GAMEROOM which makes this a great addition for all the family to enjoy and spend that quality time together!
*Located 13 miles from Talladega Super Speedway and 18 miles from the world class CMP Marksmanship Park in Talladega.
*Located less than 10 miles from Lincoln and Pell City and less than 40 miles to the Birmingham Shuttlesworth Airport.

* This is a large home with almost 3,000 Sq ft that has been recently updated and painted that has 4 bedrooms with 5 beds ( 1K, 2Q, 2F, ) plus an additional room with a day bed that makes out into a twin over twin trundle bed.
* As you walk through the front door you will love the big and wide tiled foyer that leads into the large and open living room, dining room and kitchen areas with tons of windows and natural light with a nice unobstructed view of the lake. The kitchen has granite counters and lots of solid wood cabinetry with plenty of kitchen utensils including pots and pans, toasters, blenders etc with everything you need for a nice, home cooked meal.

Host was very quick with updates and information. When I initially requested the property the host responded in less then 10 minutes. The property was very quiet and peaceful. Host provided plenty of supplies and essentials. It was a very nice stay the entire time.

We enjoyed our stay very much, very peaceful and relaxing with a beautiful view and a quiet neighborhood. The game room was fun, and beds comfortable, all around a pleasant stay

Great place. Had 6 guys there and 4 boats. We had plenty of room for all of us. A fun game room in garage and house is in a great location. Will stay here again next time we are up this way.
