About this villa rental
The holiday home is located in a residence surrounded by a large park with lawn, (20000 sq m), there are many trees and shrubs.
For shared use, the following are available: internet (WLAN), children's playground, deck chair, barbecue facilities, washing machine and camping cot if required. The outdoor swimming pool is for common use (salt water, 7 m x 15 m, 1.20 m depth). The swimming pool can be used from June until the first weeks of October, inside there are 4 sunbeds with hydromassage, you will find walking bicycles, a tennis and soccer field and a relaxing pond with fish and waterfall. Parking for cars is on the property.
The apartment is about 55 square meters with living room, 2 bedrooms both with double bed, kitchenette in the living room with oven, and fridge (freezer) and a bathroom, excellent for 4 people, air conditioning.
We are close to Syracuse in the Contrada Muraglia di Mele, a few kilometers from most of the most beautiful seaside resorts in the province, very close to the Pantalica nature reserve and the Anapo Valley. The house is modern and newly built, is located in a small residence with three other villas (holiday homes), a very quiet and sunny place. Access takes place from the main road (asphalted).
Market about 900 m. Restaurant and Pizzeria 900 m. Syracuse 12 km.

The apartment is spacious and has a lovely shared pool area, which is used by other guests and the owner’s family. The owner was very responsive to messages and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. Any issues we had during our stay were promptly dealt with. Although there is air conditioning in the apartment it is only in the lounge/kitchen area and not the bedrooms, however we asked for a fan which was provided for us and was helpful.
The apartment was not as well equipped as others we stayed at during our holiday and was lacking in some essential provisions e.g. there’s a dishwasher but no tablets were provided and only one toilet roll was provided for a 6 night stay.
Location wise it is around 15 minutes to Syracusa, which is a beautiful city. There are a number of supermarkets within around 5 minutes by car from the apartment and it took c. 45 minutes by car from Catania airport.
