Luxury Laguna Beach penthouse with an ocean view located across the street from the beach and walking distance to down town restaurants, galleries and shops. Ralphs supermarket is adjacent to the property. Once you arrive you will never need to use your car again. A perfect place for family vacations.
The property is a 5 bedroom, 4 full bathroom, 3000 sq ft Facility.
The Penthouse includes a chefs kitchen, living room, dinning room and a full washer and dryer. There are two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is a king bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom contains two bunk beds with full beds on the bottom and twin beds on the top. A deck with an ocean view connects to the Penthouse.
Connected to the deck is a shared spacious patio, with a dinning table, lounge chairs, and separates the Penthouse from the Suites.
Suite I contains a King bed with a full bathroom and a kitchenette.
Suite II contains a bed room, Living room, full bath and a kitchenette. A king bed is in the Master bedroom along with a twin bed behind a false wall. The second room is a living room with an entertainment area.
Beach access is readily available from multiple public steps across the street from the property.
