If you want to be right on the Ocean City Boardwalk, look no further! Welcome to Regency 1 - a first floor, three bedroom two bath condo ideally located oceanfront and on 21st in Ocean City, Maryland. Situated directly on the world famous Ocean City boardwalk, you will love being able to walk right out to the beach, chill on the balcony and people watch, or quietly ponder a gorgeous sunrise while your sipping your morning coffee. Even better, when you're relaxing in the comfortably sized living room or kitchen, you still have the view of the beach and the waves! Everything you need is in the condo including a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary WIFI, cable TV in the living room and primary bedroom, storage locker, and an outside shower to rinse off after a day of fun in the sun and sand. Accommodating up to eight guests, the primary bedroom has a king, 2nd bedroom has a queen, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen, as well as a bunk bed. This property books full weeks in season and any 4 nights in the off season.
Guests must supply the sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. Note there is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Our whole family had a wonderful experience and a great stay at this condo right on the boardwalk in Ocean City, MD. Everything was exactly as advertised & we couldn't have asked for a better location. The condo was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay including kitchenware, toiletries, and supplies. We purchased the additional linen package and I'd highly recommend it - would definitely stay here again!

Great location, perfect for stay with adult children and an infant with 3 dedicated bedrooms. Some of the units in Regency have 2 bedrooms with an alcove bed. Loved having all the bedrooms on the back part of condo and not on the boardwalk side!!

We had an awesome time. Loved the deck. 5 min walk to the beach. Facilities were top notch. Will do it again.
