✔ $50 for one dog / $85 for two (pet fee per stay)
✔ Dogs must remain leashed and cleaned up after
✔ Owners must dispose of pet waste properly — a $50 fee applies if staff must remove it
✔ Pets in non-pet-friendly units incur a $250 cleaning fee
✔ Service animals (as defined by the ADA) are always permitted without fee
✔ Emotional support animals are treated as pets and subject to the standard policy

Good ole fashioned one room suite, the bed was comfortable. The Host, Pat introduced herself to us and said y’all must be the ones in suite 8! And we asked her how she knew and she said because you’re the only one I haven’t met yet! She was a blast, and the spot on lake LBJ is prime! We were lucky enough to get a room for July fourth and the fireworks were right across the lake- we had the best view from the sky dock! We are not boat people, but we still had a great time hanging out around the lake/property! Would rent again hands down!
