Come join us in Historic Warrensburg! Planted on 4 acres of Adirondack Wilderness, nearby phenomenal skiing at Gore Mountain & year round fun at Lake George in a peaceful atmosphere. Our property is ideal for large groups with 3 units, 13 bedrooms, 2 large living rooms, 3 dining areas, outdoor furniture w/ firepits, deck, arcade room for kids, wrap around porch, and ample parking.

Guest House: 1BR (1 bed 1 futon)

The outdoor amenities are truly exceptional with a newly updated wrap around porch at the main house and outdoor fire pit area, all on a large 4 acre yard with a small pond. In the main home, you'll notice the quaint style from the days the property was a bed & breakfast. It was previously called, The Butterfly Inn, be on the lookout for all the original butterfly art throughout the home.
Both units in our guest home are newly renovated; freshened up with new furniture, linens, beds, bathrooms, appliances, arcade games, an extra fire pit area, covered parking, TV's, and more!
Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a home cooked meal, right? That's why each kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner. Plus, we have two 6 person dining areas off the main home kitchen to ensure everyone has a seat at the table. Additional seating on the deck of the guest house or near the firepit out back!
Kids get a whole area to themselves in the main home and *away from you* :) in our game room with both foosball, arcade games, and a SmartTV. The guest house also has a few arcade games in the 2BR unit loft!

Outdoor space scratched that outdoor itch with tons of space to play games, the two different fire pits, and BBQ area. Indoor space had a great vibe and the space worked great for our group. So many activities were included at the house too. Also very close to big supermarket and stores. 15 minutes from Lake George town too which was nice. Plus, our day trip to Saratoga Race Track was easy too.
