Welcome to your Pool home ! This Old Spanish Villa built in the 1960’s has 7 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, Balcony, Sun room with 13beds ( 1 king, 5 queen, 1 full, 6 twins) . Sleeps 20. Two kitchens. Two washer and dryers. Outdoor kitchen with full size fridge and grill and sink. Patio around the pool to relax and a sunroom also. There is a slate pool table for all day entertainment.
Old charm with modern amenities like Roku tv, high speed internet, air fryer & updated pool with tanning ledge.

We were in town for a graduation and needed a place to stay for 10, that was within 15 minutes from Rice University. We were very fortunate to find this place because there were 7 bedrooms, which allowed all the adults to have their own space. I didn't realize the 7th room was actually it's own little guest house with a kitchen and bathroom; so definitely an added perk. The backyard had a nice area to hang out with plenty of seating, and a very inviting pool. The host was superb with communication, before our stay, during our stay, and wished us safe travels when we left. It's a place we would stay at again.

We stayed for two nights at this place. It was 10 of us and It was real cozy and clean. Soon we walked in it smelled so fresh. Communication was great! Supplies were also available me. Thanks!!

The home was spacious to accommodate our group. Its an okder house that can use some updating but it had everything we needed for our stay. Rajesh was very responsive and nice.
