The 4,356 sq ft 7th and top floor of The Maddox. Ideal for bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, special occasions, corporate retreats, executive getaway or business meeting. Every member of your group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located suite. TPAC, Bridgestone Arena, Titans Stadium, The Gulch, and 2nd & Broadway are all within walking distance. The Library Liquor Store is right next to our Lobby entrance (as our guest you will receive a 10% discount on all purchases) and the Taste of NY Pizza is on our ground floor off Church St. If you have a hankering for some sweets or specialty coffees, D’Andrews Bakery & Café is right across the street.
Your suite provides an antique pool table, games and not one, but two, Keurig coffee machines! And these are just a few of the amenities! We have got you covered. Perfect for bachelorette & bachelor parties, birthdays, group trips, or corporate retreats.

The Space:
Our beautifully furnished 4,356 sq feet unit with 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths (1 of the bathrooms is in the Penthouse). This suite has the most unique Penthouse downtown and a 1,500 sq ft of rooftop deck for your exclusive enjoyment. It's ideal for parties, corporate or business meetings and more. The space includes high-speed WiFi, AV equipment, breakout areas and catering options. You also have a full kitchen, refrigerator and freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, air fryer, crock pot, waffle maker, and toasters.
Getting Around:
For those arriving by car, please note that while we do not offer onsite parking, there are three paid parking lots located within a half-block of the property. One lot is directly behind the hotel and another is next to it on the Church St side. You can also use 4th & Commerce, which is 3 blocks away. The apartment's central location in Nashville also makes it easy to explore the city on foot, especially when the weather is pleasant. Motorized scooters and bicycles are also available. You can always take a LYFT, Uber or taxi to locations too far to walk or if the weather is bad. If it is nice outside, Nashville is a great city to walk around in.
Other Things to Note:
The Maddox Hotel Team is available 24/7 via your booking app. We can interact as much or as little as you would like. This is your party!! There is a downtown grocery store within walking distance or a Whole Foods and Publix, both a mile away. If you are holding a business meeting or corporate retreat, we can provide white boards as well as game rooms in each suite for team building.
