About this apartment rental

Super 2-bedroom south-facing corner apartment on the 9th floor of Block B in the Skol Building, with privileged views over the Mediterranean, Gibraltar, and Africa from the wonderful furnished terrace for 4 people. Surrounded by all amenities the city has to offer, so the car is not necessary. The apartment is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Block B has two elevators, and access to the apartment is via stairs; once inside, the whole apartment is on the same level, with no stairs. Accommodation comprises: spacious living room with flat-screen TV with international channels, 4-person dining area with sea views, and access to the terrace; fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, hob, dishwasher, etc. and a serving hatch to the living room; master bedroom with two comfortable single beds, wardrobe, and east-facing window overlooking the Parque de la Constitución; second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, and window overlooking the street; and bathroom with shower over bath and a window for added ventilation (this is one of the few apartments in Skol with a bathroom window!). The apartment is equipped with A/C throughout, and its own Wi-Fi connection.

The Skol cares for the environment, sourcing its energy partially from solar panels.

🏊‍♀️ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.

The location of the appartment is optimal, and the communication and collaboration with the organization is excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much.
