This charming beachfront holiday house Kondura is situated in a small fishing place called Sveti Petar na Moru, very close to the nearest town Biograd na Moru. At first, it charms you with its private access to the beach full of a pine trees ideal for a dose of Mediterranean peace, relaxation and shade during summer hot days.
This beautiful house of 60 m2 offers you a well-equipped kitchen, open space living and dining room with satellite TV, A/C and Wifi Internet. From the indoor space you have an amazing sea view and exit to the terrace where you will absolutelly enjoy the dishes prepared by you on the grill and spending time with your family or friends. The sunset with a glass of fine Croatian wine is unavoidable.
On the upper floor you will find one double bedroom with a balcony where you can enjoy amazing sea view and one bedroom with two separate beds. On the ground floor there is a main bathroom with a bathtub, and on the first floor the room with a double bed has access to an additional toilet.
Guest have the option of 1 free parking space only and pets are not allowed.
*All children, regardless of age, are considered guests and are included in the total number of guests.
