This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers an open-concept design with plenty of room to unwind. The main level features a master bedroom with an en-suite bath, a full kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. The upper level has a master suite with an en-suite bath, which can also be accessed from the guest bedroom with two twin beds. This level also includes separate seating areas with sleeper sofa.
Both master suites come with Smart TVs, with streaming available in the living room and master suite.

POOL HEATING INFORMATION
Pool Heating Schedule: The pool heater operates from October 1st to April 30th.
Temperature Setting: The pool heater is set to a temperature of 80°F, running approximately 8 hours daily.
Climate Considerations: In Northeast Florida, there are days during the winter months when air temperatures may not adequately support pool heating. Heat pumps are effective in climates where average daily air temperatures during pool season exceed 60°F. There may be days where the pool temperature may not reach this set temperature. Please consider this climate information when booking, as it may affect swimming comfort during colder periods. When the outside temperature gets below 40°F the pool heater will automatically turn off.
Pool Heater Charges
The cost for pool heating is $100 per week, plus tax.
Please adjust your expectations based on the regional climate and average weather temperatures before confirming your booking.

After booking you will be asked to complete guest verification through a trusted third-party provider . This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process..
HOUSE RULES
Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.
Cleanliness: Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay to make check-out easier.
Accidental Damage: In case of any accidental damage, we’ll assess the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (8) at any time.
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Evidence of smoking/vaping will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
Pets: Pets are NOT allowed. Evidence of a pet will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
Pool: Swim in the pool at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Please do not run around the pool and do not dive into the pool. You will see a pool technician once a week.
Service: This is a short-term vacation rental, not a hotel. No daily cleaning or laundry services provided. If you wish to arrange additional cleaning services, please contact management.

Our family had the best time! The house was extremely clean, comfortable, the pool was perfect!!! The house was walking distance to restaurants and ice cream shops!! Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for making meals. The views and the beach being so close was a game changer for our family. Flagler is a precious town! The beach was not crowded and the grocery store was only a mile away. We enjoyed walking every morning at The Betty Steflik Preserve, which was also only a mile from the house. Take your bikes and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood behind the house. We also appreciated the extra pool toys and beach toys. Will definitely be back!!

House was as described. Great location and fabulous views. Flagler is a quiet town and the beach is very uncrowded. In fact, 2 days, we didn't see any other people at ALL, during the times we were on the beach. There are about 10 steps to the sand if that is an issue for you. And about 15 leading up to the front door. Road is easy to cross. Beautiful area, plenty of places to eat. The pool company showed up at noon on our last day to clean and add chemicals which meant we couldn't utilize the pool for 3 hours. We worked our day around that but be prepared that that may happen so you can plan ahead as we did not have any notice. Plenty of beach items to utilize like chairs, rafts, sand toys, etc. We would definitely stay again! Valerie was very helpful and prompt to respond to messages :)

House was very nice ,views were great, location great, distance to town great , the bad , pool was freezing unswimable , so we called after a few days hoping it would warm up but no , they said it was heated but not on , so they came turned it on ,but it never got warm enough to use ,we told them about the lights down there as well they said they called an electrician but they couldn’t make it during our stay , that’s sucked , our plan was to lay around pool deck and cook out all week , the lights at pool don’t work or bathroom by pool or light in pool , so couldn’t sit around at night down there , bummer , then it has a charcoal grill what is that about nobody uses those anymore , what a pain u can’t adjust heat , u have to clean it out every time nothing there to do this , u have to get charcoal ,lighter fluid , none there , so our plans of relaxing at pool swimming cooking out all week didn’t happen major let down , we started with 6 people and by Friday we had 2 people no one really enjoyed themselves not being able to use the pool day or night, and the grill was more work than anyone wanted to deal with , we really liked the house and porches , but the pool was the reason we rented it , every year we rent a house in that area painters hill , hammock ,Vilano , never had a pool we couldn’t use or a charcoal grill ,
