• Signed Lease Required- To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required.

• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out- Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
• No Events or Weddings- We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.

CLEAN, great beds, great tub drains, great kitchen (one burner not working), great kayaks and paddle boards (one board had no fin but floated fine), great and clean hot tub, GREAT covered upper veranda with lots of lounge chairs and long eating tables (in case it rained which it did some), great house division for various generations... upstairs suites nice and quiet, main level for eating, dining, computers, etc. lower level for younger folds with games and bunkbeds, etc... loved that each room had a bathroom and the 1/2 on main was handy for all.. Lots of wild life/birds/duck families to watch. We had 3 generations and was great for all. Also, great local produce, restaurants, groceries and of course Scooters Coffee for the college girls... and THANKS to Abby when our GPS turned us into Water OAK instead of Cherry Point to find Lucky Creek... Abby hung in with us!!! Sooooo much fun!!

Lake view!Bed very comfortable and clean!Stayed for two nights. Perfect get away for a family, but definitely not a quiet or private retreat. Anyone with bad knees, back or hip beware all the bedrooms are upstairs or downstairs.Photos are misleading- shows an indoor fireplace, but no mention it is NOT usable. Extremely disappointing for a winter stay.Spa was over chlorinated. Neighbors on each side had their front/back porch lights glare in your eyes while using the spa in the evening. Only seat that didn’t have glare was with your back toward the lake. There is a wooden privacy wall/screen on one side but the spa seat is a perfect height for the neighbor’s back porch light to come through the cracks of the wall/screen. The other side has a full on view of the neighbor’s front porch light.
