The Space:
In the heart of Goodyear, AZ, we offer a great vacation spot. We are close to various hotspots, such as spring training fields, the I-10 freeway, and the AZ Cardinals stadium, just minutes away. We offer a pool (non-heated), a foosball table, and much more. Come stay with us and enjoy the AZ sun.
PARKING: Although the parking space can accommodate up to 6 cars, we allow a maximum of 3 cars on the property to avoid large gatherings. Also NO STREET parking from 11pm to 4am. HOA will fine individuals if this rule is not obeyed.
Guest Access:
The entire property is for guest use.

Before your stay, kindly let us know and choose one of these options:
1. Damage Waiver (non-refundable): $25
2. Security Deposit (refundable): $250
We recommend the damage waiver for worry-free protection.
- In compliance with City and State regulations and to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood, it is prohibited to have any large gatherings or parties. Any unauthorized or unregistered vehicles or guests will result in immediate eviction without a refund of the stay, and a complete ban from the booking channel where the reservation was made. Please refer to the house rules for more information.
- Prebooking questions are required to be answered to complete reservation even if it is instant booked.
- Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am.
- Max occupancy at all times is 10 people.
- ID from booking party is required if user has negative review, new to Airbnb and/or is local.
Please note that there are trees in the backyard that provide much-needed shade during the warmer seasons. As a result, it is natural for some leaves and debris to occasionally fall into the pool and in the surrounding area. While our pool technician regularly services and maintains the pool, this is a natural outdoor occurrence that is beyond our control.
In the event that you notice leaves or debris in the pool upon check-in or during your stay, please understand that this does not reflect a lack of cleanliness, but rather a common situation with outdoor pools near trees. As such, the host cannot be held accountable for refunds or compensation related to this.
We are committed to maintaining a clean and enjoyable environment, and for your convenience, we provide a pool skimmer and leaf blower onsite should you wish to clear any debris in between scheduled cleanings.

Great house to stay at, and in a good neighborhood. Pool was really nice and was deep enough to swim (5 ft.). Has a fuse ball table which was a lot of fun.

I appreciate the stay and the warm welcoming. I really enjoyed the stay as the home was clean, neighborhood was quiet and nothing short of amazing. The response time was great and under 20 minutes. On a scale of 10 with 10 being the highest I rate a 10. I had no complaints. Although I didn't get a chance to get in the pool, I seen that it was clean and back area nice and tidy. I look forward to booking again in near future.

For us this was a good location with conveniences of restaurants and stores nearby. Very clean. Looked like some area freshly painted. House layout was interesting and bit smaller than photos but perfect for us. Perfect for a smaller group.
