Wayne was awesome, the house was ridiculously cool, and it had everything we needed or wanted. The house was very spacious for our family. 6 adults & 3 children under 5. Ocean view abd Steps away from the beach access which was what I wanted. It was very clean. Wayne’s garage was full of everything you need for the beach. Including a buggy/ wagon to put your chairs in or the kids as we also did, big beach tents, corn hole! We had a blast!

Property was exactly as pictured...even nicer ! Many "zones" for kids, quiet spaces, etc. Deck was perfect and garage was ideal for post beach!

The house was perfect for our extended family vacation week. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Wayne was very friendly and helpful and provided many extras such as beach chairs, a beach cart, and an extra fridge. Access to a beautiful beach is just steps away. We will be back!
