Living room: Equipped with a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, cable channels, air conditioning, and a sofa.
Kitchen: Various appliances, such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and dishwasher. Dining counter/table for up to 4 people. Basic kitchen utensils are provided.
Bedrooms: 1 bedroom on the first floor with a double bed and equipped with air conditioning. 1 bedroom located outside the property, next to the pool, with a double bed and a private bathroom. Bed linens are provided.
Supplementary Room: Includes a supplementary room (€25 per day), furnished with a single bed with a pull-out drawer, which can be converted into a double bed when opened.
Bathroom: 1 service bathroom on the ground floor. 1 bathroom on the first floor next to the bedroom, with a sink, bathtub, and toilet. Bath towels are provided.
Terrace/Outdoor area: Outdoor area with a garden, BBQ, dining table, and chairs.
Pool: Private pool with sun loungers.
Access: One-story house, with one of the bedrooms located on the first floor (accessed by stairs).
Parking: Public and free parking located a few meters from the property.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Villa Rocco and found it to be a beautiful, spacious property in a quiet pretty street only moments away from the river, shops, bars and restaurants. The villa was well-equipped and both the washing machine and dishwasher worked perfectly—and there’s space for additional guests (possibly 2 adults and a child). However, the pool area is quite small, with only two sun loungers, so it may feel tight for larger groups.We did encounter a few maintenance issues during our stay - a series of unfortunate events which I doubt any future guests will experience. Outdoor and pool lights repeatedly tripped the power, and the oven wasn’t working. These were addressed, but required an electrician visit. A loud boiler noise inside the villa also made it difficult to even enter the property for any length of time. This was eventually resolved that day, it took some chasing and a bit of insistence to ensure it was treated as a priority.We also reported a constant noise from the pool pump, but the initial response—"it was fine when checked on Saturday"—felt dismissive. Although the management team was polite and responsive at times, we occasionally felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously. The pump was in fact broken.All said, we really loved the villa and would return. With improvements to guest communication, checking things work prior to guests arriving and maintenance, it has the potential to offer a truly excellent experience.
