Seven stylish bedrooms, three king en suites, two king rooms, one queen en suite and a room with pyramid bunk, are beautifully outfitted with comfortable furnishings and their own TVs for ultimate relaxation and a peaceful night’s rest. A den with sleeper sofa offers flexibility in sleeping arrangements, but remains consistent with comforts as it, too, has its own TV and pristine views of the ocean.
Entertainment is never at a loss with an expansive game room and deluxe theater room. The game room features a shuffleboard table, foosball, and pool table as well as a full wet bar with full-sized fridge, dishwasher, undercounter ice maker, plenty of bar seating, and access to the shaded ocean-facing deck. A theater room seats six with luxurious leather comfort seating that both reclines and has built-in drink holders for easy snacking.
The top-floor living area is equally as lush in the open kitchen, dining and living areas. A unique octagonal kitchen boasts state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances including double ovens, dual dishwashers, a cooktop with microwave hood, and full-sized side-by-side refrigerator. A breakfast bar that comfortably seats six also houses a bar sink, an ideal set-up for cocktail hour among friends. Liked the game room, especially the pool table, allowed for all ages to enjoy. The theater was a nice addition for some. The rooms, etc. were clean upon arrival. Kitchen was very well supplied. Meredith as very attentive/responsive to any needs.The only negative was we didn't realize that you ABSOLUTELY HAD TO HAVE a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle to even get into the driveway or you get stuck because it is all sand, not just a coating of sand on asphalt or concrete. Thus we had to park our cars about 1/2 mile down the street at a Market with a parking lot that allows for that, obviously causing some inconventience.

The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious, as is the beach. We had 14 family members, all adults except for a 16 year old. We had tons of space to hang out together in the living/dining/kitchen area on the top floor and on the many decks on every level. Plenty of seating at meal times for all of us. Lots of conveniences - two dishwashers, two full-sized refrigerators, and a separate ice maker on the first floor.The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable, with ceiling fans in all rooms (love this!) and separate thermostats for all levels so that everyone was happy. There are big televisions everywhere, all with great internet access for streaming whatever you wish. The huge TV and surround system in the theater room are fantastic; we binge-watched a Netflix series during our stay. However, the recliners in the theater room do not actually recline. They are very comfortable as seats but the wiring for the electric reclining system appears to have been damaged at some point. The elevator was great for my parents who are in their 80's. Having said that, the driveway was extremely difficult for them. There is really only one parking spot with solid footing, and getting onto that spot is not easy. All other parking spots were in soft, deep sand and two of our vehicles got stuck in the sand.The private beach access was also difficult, as the back deck stairs have been blocked off so we had to go from the front door, down a dune and through deep soft sand to get to it.
