Downtown apartment w/terrace

We stayed in this apartment in March 2023 and we were very happy with both the apartment and the location. The staff were very helpful and very responsive when we requested assistance. The apartment itself was well equipped and except for the terrace, very clean. We would recommend this apartment if you are looking for a larger apartment in downtown Lisbon.

When we arrived in Lisbon we were told we would meet the property manager at the rental. They messaged us with information about getting into the rental. No one met us there or ever came to the property in our entire time there. The first night the people in the apartment above us had a domestic argument until later than 4 am. Kept us up all night. The second night their dog bed was on our terrace. They left us a note asking for us to return the bed to their apartment. We did so. The third night in the morning the entire terrace was covered in foam from a shredded up dog bed. We contacted the property manager and after 2 days they told us that it wouldn’t be cleaned. We couldn’t even clean up the mess because there was not an operable broom or dust pan at the property. We could hear what sounds like a leaf blower up their. We think they blow all their garbage down to the terrace below as there are cigarette butts, and other misc garbage daily on the terrace. Upon arrival the property was semi clean. But the floors weren’t even mopped. The kitchen floor had spill spots on it. And when you walked around your feet got dirty. Their are dust bunnies floating all around and under the beds they don’t dust at all. The walls need major painting. The location is central and we enjoyed the cafe below and close proximity to everything. The property is spacious. That’s about all. Overall we are disappointed in the communication with the property owners. Would not recomm
