Enjoy the experience of staying in our new comfy and modern apartment in the exclusive area of Piantini. 43" smart TV in the Bedroom, queen sized bed, High speed wifi and kitchen amenities. from here you can walk to some of the best restaurants, spend the afternoon shopping in the BLUE MALL or just enjoy our pool. No visitors No Parties, loud music or loud noises. 1 night reservations dont have access to pool.
As a guest of this exclusive apartment, you'll have access to a range of premium amenities within the building. Head up to the 2nd floor to enjoy the pool or the jacuzzi. Stay active in the state-of-the-art gym, or let the little ones burn off energy in the terrace.
-Fast Wi-Fi. -Air conditioning in each bedroom and living room area. -Hot water and electricity. -Guests must stop by the front desk to confirm their reservation and a wristband will be provided. -NO VISITORS IN THE COMMON AREAS. -THERE'S SECURITY 24/7 IN THE BUILDING. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -Electricity in Santo Domingo is very Expensive, for monthly rentals there's a limit of 60 dollars of electricity consumption, if there's a difference will be charged through Airbnb separately-. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -Emergencies that can wait for the next day, will be scheduled to be solved the next day. -Please remember that this is an Airbnb and not a hotel, technicians and staff must be scheduled with anticipation and when available will solve any situation.
