I have stayed at many vacation properties, but this was one of the best! The amenities were great and the hostess provided many complimentary items. We loved sitting on the screen porch in the evening watching the deer by the shoreline, and in the morning fishermen trolling. Just a 15 minute drive into Jefferson. I hope we have another opportunity to visit and stay at the Lakeside Retreat.

The house was clean, tidy, comfortable. We totally enjoyed our stay. The owners were amazing and we visited with them during our stay. The owners furnished snacks coffee pods, bottled water, bath essentials, etc. Kitchen was stocked with everything and then some. We will plan another stay as soon as we can. Would definitely recommend.

This day was a very good experience overall. The place was clean. All of the amenities were great. The host was great. Let us have a little bit of a late check out and made great recommendations for things around the area.
