A lovely and spacious 3 bedroom apartment, Apartment 11 comes with ocean views overlooking the Pier and beyond. Take full advantage of the magnificent views from the living room, balcony or even better, wake up on a lazy Sunday morning with brekkie in bed and take in the views from the master bedroom.
Fully self contained with open plan kitchen/dining and another two bedrooms all with single beds, its a fantastic family apartment.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

We really enjoyed our experience in this lovely apartment.The setting is magnificent. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It is only a short walk to the pier and the coffee shop at the head of the walk to town.We were pleased there were no stairs in the unit as this would have been a problem. However to reach the apartment with luggage you have to ascend quite a steep staircase. This may be important information for some potential clients.

Perfect location, amazing view , property not up to standard .. everything dirty and not what you would expect in a rental .. no utilities in kitchen , miss matched crockery from 1970 , one wine class , no cleaning products , nothing to use in oven .. Wouldn’t take much to make this apartment so much better .. Shame as it’s got the best view and 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms etc with full laundry but that was a disgrace as full with stuff mouldy outdoor cushions extremely dirty washing machine . Photo are of the unit but don’t show it for what it really is . Parking is great also .. please clean apartment and fix a few things and you would have a great apartment to rent ..
