About this house rental
Kayaks and it’s Cozy, quiet refurbished home, 2 bedrooms, dining room, living room with a fireplace. Master bedroom has a King size platform bed. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Both bathrooms have brand new walk in tiled showers. Lanai Has outdoor table and chairs, with a serve though window from the kitchen, access from dining room and master bedroom. Living room has a leather couch that folds into a full-size bed, other couch has two recliners, with cup holders. Bedrooms and living room have wall mounted panel TVs with streaming access via Roku to Xfinity beta streaming and many other apps.

What a great place to stay. The owner was reachable by the app with quick responses to the three questions we had. Very enjoyable to watch the fish jump in the canal and the gopher tortoise come out of their burrows and eat.

Very pleasant stay. Quiet area where you can relax, but close enough to downtown Punta Gorda if you want to enjoy the restaurants and pubs.

Mike was a perfect host and answered.All our questions was great responding. The house was super clean.Very comfortable, really soft towels.plenty of tp and toiletries. Everything we needed. We kayaked most days and he was really super interested in making us happy.Great host!!! I would go again.

When I walked into the house I took my shoes off out of respect to the property owner. The floor was gritty to my feet. I put my shoes back on. The screen porch had what looked like some kind of an animal fur along the base boards. Not sure what that was about. The bed in the second bedroom was so high that we had to get a chair from the dinning room so my sister could get into it. Some of the linens on the beds were torn.
We were only given two towels each for our stay. There were no wash cloths.
The closets in the bedrooms were full of stuff. Didn’t even want t hang any clothes in them.
Cleanliness was missing in the whole house. This was my sisters first trip to Florida and I wanted a VRBO that would be memorable for her. This house was memorable in a bad way.
