Less than 1 mile to the Distillery District. Our guests will enjoy covered parking, luxury bedding, 2 smart TVs, a well-stocked kitchen & commercial laundry with sleeping arrangements for 4 people (1 king bed & 1 sofa bed). Whether you're in town for a concert, Keeneland, a wedding, graduation or work - this art haus is the ideal getaway!

The property was as described. Very nice, plenty of room for us. The bed was very cozy which I do not see often when travelling. Everything was nice and clean. Would recommend to everyone and would definitely stay there again. Owners were quick to reply when needed. Conveniently located, nice parking area. Place to walk our dog. Enjoyed.

We really enjoyed our stay in the historic district. We went on evening walks around the neighborhood admiring the homes, and easily walked to the downtown area. The condo was very clean, and had many thoughtful amenities. The bed, although very low to the ground was very comfortable, the sofa…not as much. Parking was very convenient to the complex. We would definitely stay here again!
