Not enough pool towels, or lounging by the pool furniture

The host was generally very responsive except when I told them that the toilet and sink faucet was broken- then took a while to respond. The house, pool, and yard are huge and beautiful but we were a bit disappointed with some things on the inside. Many drawers and cabinets were broken, we only had 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person and some of us were there 4 days, the lint trap in dryer broken, the jacuzzi area had piles of dirt and rubble in corners and spider webs, the pool slide was missing half of the coating, and half of pool toys/yard toys were ripped or broken. Overall our family had a great trip there but we did feel that for the cost of the house, the above mentioned things should not have happened

The house was amazing! And the view from the back yard?? Get up early to watch those hot air balloons! Would definitely stay here again.

Villa Cabernet was a nice property overall. It was very spacious and comfortable. Susan was extremely responsive. They had someone check on us the second day and bring additional trash bags and paper towels. The reason for the 4/5 rating is the following- the home needs updated, many of the cabinets are broken. The hot tub was only heated one day- we came back from a winery tour to use it and it was cold despite it being set to 102. The first day we used the hot tube we faced timed the owner to learn to operate it and they can do it remote for you.
