About this apartment rental
Villa Ornella is located in Tignale (Gardola), in an absolutely panoramic position about 7 km from the Lake. The Terrazza apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort; it is located a few steps from the center where there are shops, restaurants, and pizzerias. From the balcony, you can enjoy the fantastic view of Lake Garda and Mount Baldo. Guests have access to a small courtyard where they can eat outdoors in complete tranquility and a space for storing and washing bicycles. About 2 km away are the municipal swimming pool and the Visitor Center.
The apartment is a three-room apartment of approximately 90 sqm and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. It consists of a kitchen with dining area, living room, a master bedroom, a room with two single beds (with the possibility of a double bed), a bathroom with bathtub and shower, balcony with fantastic lake view and small courtyard. Amenities include kitchen (4 burners and extractor hood), oven, German coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, 50' smart TV, satellite, Wi-Fi, terrace and balcony furniture, washing machine. For cars, there is a public parking lot 300 m from the villa.
For safety reasons, the external area is under video surveillance.
Sports and health: Outdoor municipal swimming pool 2 km away, Tennis 500 mt away, Mountain-Bike (rental possibility at Tabaccheria Ferrero), excursions, nordic-walking, Sailing, kitesurf and surf 7 km away at Tignale Port. Golf approximately 13 km away (at Golf Bogliaco).
On the day of arrival, our guests receive two discount cards (TIGNALE CARD and REBOMA CARD) that allow them to receive various discounts, for example:
• Guided tours
Nordic walking
• Free shuttle service to and from the beach every day from April to October
• Free admission to the public swimming pool of Prabione - from June to August
• Discounts at restaurants, bars, etc.

Overall really pleasent. It is a nice, comfortable and clean apartment. It is spacious and we had a great view over Lake Garda. The kitchen is really well equiped. We loved the welcoming bottles of prosecco and olive oil, the lit candles and the running german television on the first day. The owner is really welcoming. However, in addition to the price quoted in the add we were suprised at the (voluntary?) cost of heating of 15/day. Mentioning it in advance would be good.Also, the parking lot is about 8 min by foot from the apartment. Visitors with limited walking capacities or people carrying heavy shopping bags will find the way hard since it‘s up and down. However, the owner is so kind as to provide a lift in his own car at arrival and departure.

Vor 5 Jahren waren wir schon einmal in dieser herrlichen Ferienwohnung und wussten damals schon: hier kommen wir wieder her! Und wieder haben wir den Urlaub in La Terrazza sehr genossen. Eine helle, ruhige, extrem gut ausgestattete Wohnung, freundlichste Begrüßung und tolle Betreuung vor Ort durch die Agentur Reboma. Das einzig "Negative" ist, dass es der herrliche Blick über den See sehr schwer macht die Wohnung wieder zu verlassen. Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Sehr netter Vermieter. Wohnung war sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Toller Ausblick auf See.
Leider muss das Auto auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz abgestellt werden. Vermieter holt das Gepäck aber ab. Nur die Einkäufe z. B. Getränke müssen immer an die Wohnung getragen werden. Erster Einkauf wäre auch toll wenn Vermieter diesen abholen könnte.
Eine Klimaanlage wäre auch von Vorteil und ein Sonnenschirm auf den Balkon.
