It boasts granite counters, tile in the common areas and bathrooms, walk-in closets, a smart thermostat, and ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms. Stainless steel refrigerator, microwave/range hood, stove, and dishwasher are all in excellent condition, and the washer/dryer unit is very convenient.
