Former 18th-century farmhouse renovated into two adjoining gîtes, surrounded by fields, next to the owners' property and another gîte. Shared unfenced grounds of 4,000 m² adjoining an orchard, private terrace. Shared pétanque court, swing set, slide, ping-pong table, and badminton court.
Ground floor: Living room (fireplace insert) with open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 cm bed), shower room, and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 90x190 cm bed, 2: two 90x190 cm beds, 3: 140x190 cm bed with private shower room).
Amenities include: freezer, TV (foreign channels), DVD player, stereo system, complete baby equipment, Wi-Fi (fiber), and electric car charging point (extra charge).
Included: electric heating, sheets (beds made), and linens.
Not included: towels, tourist tax, and firewood. Mandatory cleaning fee for business guests (€65).
