This sizable townhouse accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with ample sleeping area. The master bedroom upstairs includes a full suite style layout. As you enter this generous size room you will be greeted with breathtaking window views of the Bay, a plush sofa with a wet bar equipped with a mini-fridge and sink, a king size bed with a tv to enjoy some shows before bed, and a walk out balcony. The master bathroom offers an attached walk-in closet, double sink, private toilet area, separate soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with a large window to enjoy the views.
The cozy main floor bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a TV, and a walk-in closet. The room is stylishly decorated and also includes a private bathroom, offering a tranquil retreat for relaxation. An upstairs guest bedroom boasts a queen bed, a TV, and access to a front-facing balcony with open doors. The rooms bright windows let in plenty of natural light and includes a private bathroom, providing privacy and comfort.

The half bathroom is located on the main floor off the hallway, just outside the guest bedroom. All other bathrooms are private to each bedroom and all include walk-in showers with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner included. The Master Bathroom includes a tub, as well.

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. "We had an incredible stay at this Marco Island condo! The location is unbeatable—we were walking distance to several great restaurants, with Snook Inn being a personal favorite for dinner and drinks.The amenities really made the trip. We spent plenty of time at the beautiful pool and were even lucky enough to see dolphins right from the property! The hot tub was a huge plus as well; it heats up incredibly fast compared to others we’ve used. We also loved having a grill on-site to cook out while watching the stunning sunset views. Lastly, Jonathan was a fantastic host. He was very responsive, helpful, and truly a pleasure to deal with. We can’t wait to come back!"

Wonderful property and location. The home is immaculate, and the location is perfect. The host responded very quickly. We fished, biked and beached.. saw multiple dolphins while watching the boats cruise by. We hope to go back.

Fantastic home right on the main canal to the marina. Dolphins swimming by every morning, three beautiful decks to choose from, great pool and home is super clean and spacious. Walking distance to Snook Inn and old Marco. Very elegant home. Can’t wait to come back!
