Cozy cottage with a seaside feel, ideally located (Gourmalon district) 5 minutes walk from the beach, shops, train station and thalassotherapy. Enclosed outdoor space of 120 m² with 2 wooden terraces (East and West) with spa. Ping-pong and children's games available.
Single storey (access by 2 steps): living room (wood stove) with open fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 2 twin 80x200 beds + 80x200 BZ), shower room and separate toilet.
Additional equipment: wifi, iPod dock, hifi, Bluetooth speaker, electric car terminal, complete baby equipment.
1 pet accepted (7€/day - deposit 100€).
Included: electricity, electric heating, sheets, towels and wood.
Not included: compulsory cleaning fee (€60) and tourist tax.
