My brother and I have visited to Roswell a few times in recent years and stayed in other places, but this has been the best. The space is beautifully put together, very comfortable, and thoughtfully organized, with helpful placards everywhere so you always know how things work without having to ask. The location is very convenient to the main road while still feeling quiet and relaxing. The backyard is a huge highlight and absolutely incredible – my brother and I spent a lot of time out there just unwinding and enjoying time together. The attention to detail throughout the home really shows, and we would happily stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

The house decor and layout is great. Beds are very comfortable and good sheets. Coffee, tea provided and use of garage. The house is located right off the main strip so you have restaurants within half a mile and the downturn 5 minutes away. You can tell a difference from a personal host verse a management company caring for a home. Excellent host

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was as advertised. We “moved” in one evening and spent the next few days seeing Roswell and visiting Lincoln and Capitan. The evenings we spent enjoying movies and games at “home” and meals in Roswell. Very enjoyable for us all!
