About this villa rental
Nestled amongst the rolling hills south of Siena is this beautifully renovated 8 bedroom, 9 bathroom property.
Once an old farmhouse, it has recently undergone a full restoration, transforming it from an abandoned and long-forgotten ruin to a beautiful home and luxury rental space. The recovering and repurposing of original materials was key to this restoration project and the end result is a soothing and romantic blend of warm, earthy tones alongside modern and bright touches. The villa is composed of bright open-plan spaces to the ground floor, including a fully-equipped contemporary semi-professional kitchen, two dining areas, comfortable seating areas, a huge open fireplace and W.C.
The kitchen opens onto a covered terraced area, perfect for 'al fresco' summer dining, a morning coffee or a sunset ‘Aperitivo’.
From here, there are sweeping views of the breathtaking Tuscan landscape and access to the garden which surrounds the house on all sides, including various terraces, seating areas and barbecue area.
Four guest bedrooms (all en-suite) are located on the ground floor, one of which is linked to the communal sitting area and the other 3 have external independent entrances.
A further four well-sized bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms are located on the first floor, with a shared sitting room connecting all 4 rooms, making it the perfect setting for groups, families and gatherings of friends.
5 bedrooms have large double beds, 3 rooms are available as double or twin beds. One room is available as a triple and extra beds or cots available on request.
Outside there is a brand new private pool, finished in authentic Italian travertine stone, perfect for cooling off 'under the Tuscan sun' and the villa also boasts an indoor yoga studio / multi-purpose space / games room.
The grounds also include two woodland areas, a lavender field, a large pond and olive groves. An early morning walk up to the olive groves gifts you a beautiful sunrise and even a clear view of the impressive ‘Torre del Mangia’ tower which stands tall in Siena’s famous central Piazza del Campo.

Thanksgiving in Tuscany! The pictures online don't do this villa justice. It is even better in person. Cally and staff were amazing. They were quick to respond to any request even far in advance of our trip and all throughout our short stay. They coordinated Chef Massi to cook our family an unforgettable Thanksgiving meal. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return one day.

Amazing stay from start to finish! Cally provided all the important detailed information…from places to go, in-house chef and local restaurants and vineyards. It was a perfect setting for a 3 generation family celebration. We would definitely recommend and would love to come back!!

What an incredible place! Cally is an amazing host and made sure we had everything that we needed during our time in Tuscany. The property is immaculate and one of the most relaxing places we’ve ever visited. We look forward to returning in the future!
