Great neighbourhood 20 min walk from center

Our stay was great here and the apt served our needs well. Pool was clean and nice to hang out at. The apt balcony was narrow and wouldn't fit a chair or table, but the pool space was so nice and no one was ever there, so that was an easy place to hang out outside instead. Neighborhood is safe. No noise from the neighbors could be heard from inside the apt, though you can hear some roosters in the morning. It takes about 15 min to walk to the beach from the house and feels very safe. Apt stayed nice and cool and A/C worked well. There was one light switch that isn't working correctly in the bathroom. San Pancho is lovely!

Was searching 3 bedroom places with 3 beds on Expedia
I booked this there. It is infact a 1 bedroom with 2 beds we learned upon arrival. It was listed on vrbo correctly I learned after talking with them. Thankfully they had another unit available so we rented that in addition to get the number of beds and rooms needed. We will say the place was well equipped, cute, and had good vibes
