Private individual rents apartment 65 m2, sleeps 6/7, in a new luxury residence, in the heart of the most beautiful residential area of Chamonix Mont Blanc.
In the Praz plain, in absolute calm, on the edge of a lake, with an extraordinary view of the entire Mont Blanc massif, 15 minutes' walk from the center of Chamonix (3 minutes by car) via pleasant paths riverside, between the Vallée Blanche, La Flégère and Brévent ski areas, 10 minutes by car from the Grands Montets ski area, on the cross-country ski trails and trail running trails.
New ***** residence (delivered in autumn 2018) "La Cordée" with free access to the reception lounge with fireplace, TV lounge, reading, billiards, table football, heated indoor pool, spa, sauna, hammam, fitness room with equipment, climbing room.
Apartment furnished and decorated with great care, located on the 2nd floor (out of 3) with south-facing terrace. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (90 X 190cm) and direct access to the terrace, 1 suite with garden, lake and Mont Blanc view with 2-seat convertible sofa bed "express bed" (140 X 200cm), TV and bathroom with WC ; sleeping area with 1 single bed (80 X 200cm); living room with 2-seater convertible sofa bed "Bed express" very comfortable (140 X 200cm), garden, lake and Mont Blanc view, TV; large bathroom with WC. Free Wi-Fi.

Fantastic stay! The flat was great—comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The location is fabulous, offering easy access to everything Chamonix has to offer. The amenities at La Cordée are superb, from the relaxing wellness area to the excellent facilities. Highly recommend! We’ll be back next year!

The appartment is very spacious and is very well equipped. It even has a washingmachine. It has a beautiful mountainview. The big plus was also an indoorparkingplace and a private cellarplace to put our bikes. Our son liked the swimmingpool very much, and the pooltable too.

Fairly new apartment in a good location. Well appointed and clean (except the garbage was not taken out when we arrived!). The building elevator was broken and the parkade was flooded during our time there. Walking distance to downtown and parking was adequate. Lovely views from the balcony! The lady at check in was late meeting us and promised to bring coffee pods which was not followed through. Overall a lovely stay!

This property immediately blew us away. The pictures do not do this elegant and simple property and complex justice. The spa and pool are fabulous additions and everything about the condo was perfect. The property is located in an ideal location - 10 minutes from the bus station with quick and easy access to the slopes, 10 minutes from our favorite coffee shop (le petite social), and a beautiful 15 minute walk to downtown Chamonix. All in all it was a magical experience, I couldn't be happier with the attentiveness and thoughtfulness of the property manager and the property itself. Magnifique!!
