The dining area seats six, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island. The fully furnished, open-concept kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals and gatherings with family and friends.
Each bedroom features a king-size bed, its own full bathroom, and a Smart flat-screen TV. The studio bedroom includes a seating area and a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. It also has a separate entrance for added privacy, while still being accessible from the main living area.
Offering unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico and just a short 100-yard stroll from the beach, enjoy a meal or refreshments at the nearby Beach House Restaurant on your way. The unit was just beautiful. Despite being in an older building the unit itself is magic. The 18th floor provided insane views of the gulf. There were 7 of us in our group, so one teenager on the pull out sofa and we were all set. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was very clean. We wish we had known about the painting on the building at the time of our stay, as they covered up some windows at times. The communication with the manager was great, so if you have any issues don't hesitate to reach out to them. We enjoyed cooking on the gas grills one night. The walk to the beach was pleasant and the pool is so nice and has a bartender most of the time. The rooftop deck was perfect for a sunset picture. We would stay here again!

We are three ladies who enjoyed some early Christmas shopping in Destin. This condo is absolutely beautiful! The views with the floor to ceiling windows in every room are breathtaking!!! Beds were comfortable, furnishings beautiful, and the condo was spotless! Highly recommend!!!
