The entire condo is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the ocean, mountains and stars in a private urban resort in La Serena. With a navigable pool of 2.4 hectares (almost 6 acres), you may kayak, windsurf sail or stand up paddle board. Lessons are available for these sports on site. Listen to the sound of the waves and experience gorgeous sunsets at the private terrace on the ninth floor sipping your favorite drink. Enjoy the 106 square meters (1,140 square feet).
The ninth floor apartment has three bedrooms with king and queen size beds, plus a room with a triple twin bunk bed. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen for 8 people, DirectTV cable, an ample living room with a large dinning table for 8 people, plus a private secluded balcony. Unlike other apartment balcony views at the resort, this balcony is a complete hidden oasis that is not seen from other apartments and balconies. As the closest condominium building in the resort to the ocean, the sounds of the crashing waves and panoramic views are incredible in this tranquil urban resort.
In addition to the different pools and navigable lagoon for aquatic sports, the city of La Serena with all its culture, tourism and entertainment is only 2 miles away. Some of the sights include La Recova, the Archeological Museum, local malls, and Avenida del Mar, many restaurants, pubs, night activities and beautiful beaches. Come see the Route of the Stars; Valle Elqui, the Natural Reserve Humboldt. Do you love wildlife? About 70 miles from La Serena, Isla Damas, Punta Choros y Aceituno boast diverse wildlife such as penguins, dolphins and whales.

Large sunny apartment set at the end of a multi building gated seaside complex. Apartment is spacious, with lovely breeze from the ocean. Comfortable furniture, quality linens, well equipped kitchen. Secure entry and exit overseen by security staff takes some time coming and going, however taxis are able to enter the complex. Shopping is a long walk away so a rental car might be an option for some. We stayed after prime season so not many people around. Close to the pool and beach just a short walk away.
