Check-in code was incorrect. It ends with a check instead of a star. Kitchen needed an update but was well stocked. Had AC issue upstairs. Wouldn’t cool during day. Had fairly good response from realty group when I finally got to someone. We even closed shades and curtains. Enjoyed tall chairs on 3rd floor deck. Liked being close to beach and that there was beach walkway access from all floors.

We enjoyed a family vacation with spectacular views and a very well stocked kitchen. Our only reason for giving 4 verses 5 star on this home was the decks were in need of some repairs and worried about the children with several mail lifted up. Beyond that the home was very perfect.
