Enjoy this brand new modern rustic home with a huge open living space. The granite kitchen table is made entertainer style, with 6 cute modern rustic barstools surrounding the table. *No pets, parties or smoking allowed. We will ask for you to leave the property if these rules are not adhered to.*
Top of the line Samsung washer & dryer and Samsung Refrigerator. The living room has a 75" Smart TV and 44" Smart TV's in each room. Free Wi-Fi with Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube is provided.

Love Lake Havasu for Pickleball scene at Dick Samp Park, paddle boarding at the lake and walking at Rotary Park. Your home was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Also your neighbor across the street was very friendly. Thanks for a fun get away from winter in Alaska.

Like sleeping on a plank!Worn out and thin bath towelsLack of bedside lamps and tablesJust sand and stone in the backyard NO PATIO FURNITURE Except for a rickety 3 foot aluminum table and two small chairs.BBQ is old, worn and dirty—disgusting.Minimal decorative items so a rather stark atmosphere.
