About this house rental
Coastal Breeze is a gorgeous new home just 6 blocks from the beach. On the quiet street Pinfish, this great duplex is for a group looking for a relaxing unit away from the busy boardwalk and beach road.
On the ground level you have a bedroom with a queen bed and a full size bathroom. Up a flight of stairs you have the living level. There is a large open kitchen, fully stocked for a home cooked meal. There is a dining area and a large living room with plenty of seating for the whole family, and a large flat screen TV. This floor also has a great porch off the front of the house, great for relaxing after a long day at the beach or enjoying breakfast outside. Upstairs you have the remaining two bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a twin with a trundle for your little ones, a large private full bathroom, and a private porch. Across the hall is the 2nd guest bedroom with a queen bed and a private full bathroom.
This unit is great for those looking to come to the beach, but relax away from the hustle and bustle. With three bedrooms, plenty of living space, and parking for the whole family, this is the unit for you!

Great place to stay located relatively close to everything we wanted to do! Beach is a short walk and fishing was a very short drive. I would recommend this property anyone looking for a nice place with plenty of space. House comfortable can sleep up to 9 people in beds!

Everything was fabulous! Instructions were straight forward, staff was extremely helpful and kind in answering all questions and requests. The rental was clean, near the beach and had plenty of room for our group!

The property was clean and ready when we arrived. Check in /out was especially easy. Wish we had a keypad entry. Outdoor water spigot was convenient.
Property managers responded quickly to some simple, minor needs.
Proximity to beach was a haul. Wish we were closer.
No beach chairs, umbrellas etc. or bike available on property.
